Most MSPs will not publish their pricing. We do, and we get told regularly that it is a mistake. The reasoning against it is that pricing without a discovery call invites comparison — which is exactly the point. If you can see what we charge before you speak to anyone, you can rule us out in thirty seconds instead of sitting through a meeting designed to get you invested first. We would rather lose that deal early than win it by controlling the information.

Why local matters here
Remote support handles most of what breaks.
